We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our brands’ online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, queries management, and overall social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content for all social media platforms
- Develop and publish engaging daily content tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand tone and visual identity.
- Manage content calendars ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and product drops
- Write compelling copy and coordinate with team for visuals and video content
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to optimize strategy
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, and design teams for cohesive brand messaging
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content
