Project Coordinator - Transmission Line

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of transmission line projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical or civil engineering, along with proven experience in managing project timelines, resources, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all phases of transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline communication and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for optimal project delivery.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
Facilitate procurement processes, including materials management and vendor coordination.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
Maintain project documentation, including technical reports, schedules, and contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (BS) is mandatory.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in transmission line projects.
Solid understanding of transmission line design, construction, and maintenance processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and CAD software (preferred).
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in transmission line construction.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
