We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our growing IT company. This role involves recruitment, hiring, payroll processing, records management, and PTO oversight. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our people operations and ensuring a productive and supportive workplace culture.

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

  • Coordinate and participate in technical and cultural interviews.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Process monthly salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

  • Ensure accurate salary disbursement in compliance with local laws and company policies.

  • Coordinate with finance for tax, benefits, and compliance reporting.

Employee Records & HR Systems

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.

  • Manage and update the HRIS system with employee data, PTO, performance reviews, etc.

  • Handle employee verifications, exit documentation, and audit preparation.

Time Off & Leave Management

  • Oversee Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leaves, and other types of leave.

  • Ensure proper tracking, approvals, and compliance with company policies.

  • Respond to employee leave-related queries and escalations.

Employee Relations & Policy

  • Serve as the go-to person for HR queries and support.

  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with evolving needs and regulations.

  • Foster a positive work culture through communication, transparency, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or IT company.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
