Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Java, Swift, React Native, and Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define app requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of five developers, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance skills and productivity.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices, leading to maintainable and scalable code.
Test applications across various devices and platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continually improve applications and development processes.
Identify and troubleshoot application issues, implementing efficient solutions to maintain an optimal user experience.
Document development processes, code changes, and application functionalities for future reference and team guidance.
Participate in regular team meetings to provide project updates, share challenges, and discuss upcoming requirements.
