We are looking for a competent and organized Office Assistant / Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and respond to emails professionally

  • Prepare reports and documentation in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Maintain filing systems and office records

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with clients and field staff

  • Maintain schedules and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a recognized university 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Prior office experience will be an advantage
