We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager with a strong background in commerce to lead the deployment and ongoing support of ERP systems across multiple departments, including Finance, HR, Sales, and Inventory. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of business processes, particularly in accounting and finance, and hands-on experience managing ERP projects. This role requires ensuring smooth implementation, operational efficiency, and effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initial planning stages through to post-go-live support. Analyze and document detailed business requirements, with a focus on accounts, payroll, taxation, procurement, and inventory management. Work closely with technical teams to customize ERP modules to meet organizational needs. Oversee project timelines, track progress, and proactively address any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues to maintain system performance and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (such as B.Com or M.Com) is essential. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience working on ERP implementation projects involving systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics. A strong understanding of financial processes—including reporting, budgeting, and payroll—is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams are critical. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP platforms are also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is highly desirable. A solid understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and auditing practices will be advantageous. Basic technical knowledge related to ERP configuration or data migration is a plus, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance at the workplace. The role offers a valuable opportunity to lead key ERP initiatives that improve business operations across various departments, driving efficiency and integration throughout the organization.
