Major accountabilities:

Oversee in-house finishing operations and coordinate with vendors for outsourced dyeing and weaving processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and production schedules.
Develop and implement quality control systems, conduct inspections, resolve defects, and manage resources efficiently to minimize waste and maintain seamless operations.
Supervise and train the production team, identify skill gaps, and propose process improvements to enhance performance and ensure continuous development.
Prepare detailed reports, maintain records, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and complete assignments from top management effectively.

Criteria

Minimum of 10 years in fabric processing, including experience in vendor management and knitted fabric finishing.Educational background.
B.Sc. Textile Engineering or Textile Technologist from an HEC-recognized institute. Computer Literacy.
Advance Excel supremacy.
Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.

General Communication skills.

Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience at MTM, Klash, or Styles Textiles will be preferred.Candidates with strong knowledge of knitted fabric finishing processes and quality control will be preferred.
