Major accountabilities:
- Develop and oversee quality assurance systems, conduct root cause analysis of defects, and implement corrective actions to ensure product standards.
- Supervise and train the knitting QC team, enhance team performance, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Streamline processes by auditing machine settings, coordinating with production teams, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports, maintain accurate documentation in ERP, and provide updates to senior management on quality performance and improvements.
Criteria
- 7-10 years of experience working in textiles in the relevant field.Educational background.
- Matric to B.A with Relevant work experience.
- Technical diploma/certification with hands-on knowledge will be preferred.
Computer Literacy.
- Ability to understand the Integrated reports and take action on it.
- Ability to work on Excel with basic formulas.
General Communication skills.
- Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
- Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.
