Key Responsibilities

Market Presence & Customer Relationships:

  • Strengthen market presence in the Karachi region by promoting Escorts Advanced Textiles products, participating in industry events, and driving sales of finished products such as Fireman Suits and Oil & Gas Coveralls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Expansion:

  • Acquire new customers and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Gather and report market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and maintain updated customer databases.
  • Ensure timely order dispatch, credit limit monitoring, and follow-up on payments.

Market Development & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Engage in market development initiatives and propose training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Facilitate team knowledge sharing to align with market trends and organizational goals.

System Integration & Compliance:

  • Contribute to ERP integration across departments to streamline operations and address errors.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

  • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a relevant diploma in textiles from an HEC-recognized institute.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the textile industry sales department.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, simulated reports, datasheets, and ERP systems.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to absorb technical knowledge and actively listen.
  • Strong skills in writing and responding professionally in dossiers and emails.

Preference:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience of RAJBY, Artistic, SOOTI or Feroze1888 Textiles.
