Key Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of knitting production, fabric finishing, and PPC, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality and delivery standards.
Oversee technical maintenance, machine optimization, and implementation of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle for effective resource management.
Develop strategic plans for cost optimization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop the team, organizing structured training programs and setting performance KPIs.
Address challenges during process transitions while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer complaints through detailed RCA and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in textiles, with significant exposure to knitting production and PPC operations.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute. Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of knitting machine maintenance, knitted fabric quality, and fabric processing.

General Skills:

Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
Professional email and report-writing ability.
Effective listening and technical knowledge absorption.
