Major Accountabilities:

  • Provide immediate first aid, emergency care, and administer prescribed medication, ensuring the availability of medical supplies and readiness across the facility.
  • Maintain and update employee health records, conduct regular health screenings, and collaborate with external facilities for referrals or advanced care.
  •  Monitor workplace health conditions, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and develop wellness programs while managing medical inventory.
  • Prepare health reports, provide training on first aid and preventive measures, and stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies to enhance workplace health care.

Skills & Competencies:

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Nursing or Medicine (e.g., DHMS, CMW, or equivalent).
  • Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related healthcare field.
  • Valid First Aid and Emergency Response certification from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) or relevant regulatory authority.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or industrial healthcare role.
  •  Experience in handling workplace injuries and occupational health will be an advantage.

Medical Skills:

  • Proficiency in first aid, emergency care, and the administration of medication and treatments.
  • Ability to monitor health trends and identify risks within the workplace.

 Technical & Organizational Skills:

  •  Proficient in maintaining digital and physical health records with accuracy.
  •  Knowledge of health regulations, safety protocols, and medical inventory management.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating and interacting with employees.
  • Problem-solving capabilities for quick decision-making during emergencies.

 Additional Preferences:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems for health record integration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the health challenges specific to industrial workplaces.
