Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee and manage all security protocols across the factory, including production units, power plant, residences, and construction sites
- Plan and implement security personnel rotation schedules to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections of all premises to identify vulnerabilities and enforce safety measures.
- Improve the existing security systems through updated policies and procedures.
- Lead change management initiatives related to security enhancements.
Technology & System Management
- Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, access control, and other security gadgets.
- Ensure regular maintenance and upgrades of all security equipment.
- Keep digital records and generate security reports as needed.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of discipline and vigilance.
- Coordinate with departmental heads and administration to align security measures with operational needs.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
