Receptionist

Eskillvisor, a leading vocational training educational institution, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our G-10 Markaz, Islamabad office. We are looking for a professional individual with excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, good looks, and 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. If you are a friendly and organized individual who excels at providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Handle inquiries and provide information about our programs and services.
Manage appointments and schedules for staff and visitors. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a positive and professional image of the organization.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
