The HR Manager/Director is responsible for all aspects of HR management, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding.
2.Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies/educational institutions
3.Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
4.Manage labor contracts, benefits administration, and payroll oversight.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2.8+ years of HR generalist experienceIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
3.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
