Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role, with a people-oriented and results-driven approach.

  • Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field, with in-depth knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor law.

  • Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships.

  • Certifications: HR certifications, such as SHRM, are preferred.
