Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a productive work atmosphere and ensuring sustainable transformation.
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues, promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance and feedback, and identify training needs.
Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintaining knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Benefits and Compensation: Manage pay plans, benefits programs, and compensation strategies.
Training and Development: Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs, and develop leadership development initiatives.
Experience: Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role, with a people-oriented and results-driven approach.
Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field, with in-depth knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor law.
Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships.
Certifications: HR certifications, such as SHRM, are preferred.
Work Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work in-office or remotely.
