Job Purpose:
To ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients, maintain accurate recovery records, and assist in reducing bad debts by following up with defaulters and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments from property buyers, tenants, and clients.
- Contact defaulters via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits if needed.
- Maintain and update recovery ledgers, customer payment history, and contact logs.
- Negotiate feasible repayment plans with clients in financial difficulty.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments for client verification and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management.
- Assist in drafting legal notices and coordinating with legal advisors for defaulters (if required).
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the recovery process
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in real estate or banking.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate recovery procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of legal recovery procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
