We are seeking a results-driven Sales leader to lead and grow our B2B client base, focusing on identifying, engaging, and fulfilling clients' procurement needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives on building client relationships, and is comfortable picking up the phone to initiate conversations with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy aligned with company targets.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their procurement needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and meetings to build relationships and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Regularly report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Attend client meetings, procurement discussions, and industry events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in supply chain and/or enterprise services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B processes and buying cycles.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations with new prospects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
