We are seeking a talented Web Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience — ideally with hands-on expertise in Webflow — to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications that are optimized for performance, user experience, and scalability.

This is a full-time remote role, perfect for candidates who can work independently, manage projects, and deliver strong technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
Develop pixel-perfect websites using Webflow and custom code when necessary.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to execute project requirements.
Optimize website performance, SEO, responsiveness, and load speed.
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and back-end services into Webflow and other platforms.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across browsers and devices.
Maintain clear documentation and follow coding best practices, including Git version control.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
Strong Webflow development skills — ability to design, build, and customize sites.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JS frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, etc.).
Backend development knowledge (Node.js, PHP, or Python) is a plus.
Solid understanding of web hosting, CMS integration, and SEO fundamentals.
Strong experience in responsive design, web security, and performance optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
