We are seeking for individuals for our Sales Training Program as "Trainee Sales Engineer- Technical", Solar, to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee Sales Engineer- Technical, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to identify, qualify, and close new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to increase customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Identify and develop key accounts, and work with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities
  • Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and other events to network and build relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations and technologies in the solar energy industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in solar energy sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events
