Evosol Solutions, a dynamic technology company, is looking for an experienced accountant for their Islamabad Office. Evosol’s main area of expertise is EPC projects in IT and security equipment hardware to multi-national clients.
The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Other responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, calculating tax payments, and filing tax returns. Experience in preparing, compiling, and submitting FBR tax returns (GST, Income, Withholding, Wealth Statements) is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Publish monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Daybook Entries.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups.
Requirements and skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Strong writing skills.
- Work experience as an Accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree).
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Particulars of Employment:
- Location: Blue Area, Islamabad.
- Timings: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri).
