We're looking for an Upwork Bidder to help us grow by identifying and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
What You’ll Do:
- Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms.
- Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly.
- Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Work with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of IT services, Graphic Designing, WordPress Development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

- Salary: PKR 35000 - PKR 60000
- Shift: 9pm to 6am
