We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives within our Corporate, Commercial & Investment Banking Group. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is based at our Head Office in Karachi and requires a professional who can handle a wide range of administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Group Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and arrange documents, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external meetings.
- Handle all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Group Executive’s office.
- Maintain both digital and physical records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized Institute or University.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, directly supporting or reporting to senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
