MS Excel Specialist

We are seeking a highly proficient MS Excel Specialist with a strong command of Microsoft Office 365 Excel and related tools. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working with advanced Excel functionalities and will be adept at creating efficient data solutions using formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques. Fresh candidates with internships or project experience at reputable organizations are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage complex Excel spreadsheets, models, and reports.
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and conditional formatting for data analysis.
Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Excel charts and pivot tables.
Implement Power Query and Power Pivot for data cleaning and automation.
Automate repetitive tasks with VBA macros and Excel automation tools (preferred but not required).
Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and provide meaningful insights

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Excel.
Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Familiarity with Power Query and Power Pivot.
Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Basic understanding of VBA for automation (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional environment working extensively with Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with internships or project experience in reputable organizations are also eligible.

Preferred:

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Knowledge of basic SQL or other data management software is a plus.
