We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Manager to lead and expand our international sales efforts within the juice manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global markets, logistics, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the FMCG or beverage sector focusing on fruit juice products. This role plays a vital part in strengthening our brand’s presence worldwide while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase revenue for juice products across international markets.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities, distributors, and partners in targeted regions.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close export deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, including labeling, packaging, and food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and FDA.
- Manage all export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with production teams, logistics providers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-efficient shipment deliveries.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in target countries.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and trade organizations.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of export management experience in the juice, beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of fruit juice production processes, shelf-life management, and quality standards.
- Proficient in export documentation, Incoterms, SAP/ERP systems, and international logistics.
- Knowledgeable about international food safety regulations and customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- High cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse international markets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
