We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented External Recruiters to join our team on a contract basis. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while focusing on sourcing and hiring Market Research Analysts for various client projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at identifying top talent to meet client needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified Market Research Analyst candidates for client assignments
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify potential candidates and expand talent pipelines
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on Market Research Analyst or related roles
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices for sourcing and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of meeting deadlines and client expectations
