We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Manager - Procurement & Administration to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the procurement and administration functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent negotiation skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement:

    • Manage and oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
    • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
    • Ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, equipment, and services.
    • Monitor and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  2. Administration:

    • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure all assets are well-maintained and accounted for.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational support.
    • Handle vendor management, including evaluating service providers for admin-related services.
  3. Budgeting & Reporting:

    • Prepare and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
