Your Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage, and supervise creative + ad execution team

  • Track ad performance, ROI, and content output daily

  • Plan, execute, and oversee the launch of static + video ad variations

  • Maintain reporting dashboards and share weekly performance summaries

  • Execute through systems, not chaos — take charge of processes

What You’ll Own:

  • Content planning & campaign execution

  • ROI tracking using Google Sheets + Meta dashboards

  • Full content-to-ad pipeline management

  • Weekly reporting to founder
