Your Responsibilities:
Hire, manage, and supervise creative + ad execution team
Track ad performance, ROI, and content output daily
Plan, execute, and oversee the launch of static + video ad variations
Maintain reporting dashboards and share weekly performance summaries
Execute through systems, not chaos — take charge of processes
