Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately record sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
