Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, and networking devices to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting to diagnose hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and device drivers on various hardware platforms.
Assist customers with the setup and configuration of peripheral devices to enhance their operational capabilities.
Deliver high-quality customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients to understand their issues.
Document all interactions and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner to maintain a comprehensive support history.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
Utilize problem-solving skills to provide immediate solutions or determine when escalation to a higher level of support is necessary.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections of hardware to prevent future issues and extend product lifespan.
