We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of our pharmaceutical production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, evaluate, and improve quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and other documentation.
- Conduct investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with the production team to resolve quality-related challenges and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support training initiatives on quality systems and standards for team members.
