Figma Designer / Framer Developer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong design sensibilities and practical experience in both Figma and Framer. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles and web components, along with the ability to transform high-fidelity Figma designs into fully functional Framer websites. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces using Figma.
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional, responsive websites using Framer.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems within Framer.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring concepts to life.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and testing to refine designs.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including layouts, components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Solid experience with Framer, with the ability to build websites from scratch, implement interactions, and create reusable components.
- Keen eye for design detail and a good understanding of modern web aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while managing timelines efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and web usability best practices.

This is a full-time, temporary internship or fresher position with a contract duration of one month. The monthly compensation ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs30,000. The preferred work location is Faisalabad, with work conducted on-site. Candidates holding a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
