Duties:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Accounting & Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Costing & Budgeting: Manage budgeting processes, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Taxation: Handle all taxation matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interact with regulators, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed balance sheets and financial statements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- A proven track record of working in the banking sector, preferably in a senior finance role.
- Extensive experience in accounting, costing, budgeting, reporting, and taxation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling regulatory matters.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Group CFO and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
