Senior Full Stack Developer / Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer & Project Lead with a strong background in Next.js, Nest.js, UI/UX Design, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of full-cycle development, leading projects from concept to deployment while ensuring seamless integration with APIs, including OpenAI APIs.

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experiences across our platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in full-stack development, UI/UX design, and AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle development projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Architect, develop and optimize front-end and back-end applications using Next.js (React) and Nest.js (Node.js).
Design and implement intuitive, user-centric UI/UX experiences with a focus on performance and accessibility.
Integrate and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including OpenAI APIs, for seamless data interactions.
Ensure high code quality, scalability, and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
Conduct performance optimizations, and security enhancements, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in web development and AI.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable web applications.
Expertise in Next.js and Nest.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and API development.
Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and front-end development using React, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
Strong experience with APIs (RESTful & GraphQL) and hands-on integration of OpenAI APIs or similar AI-based services.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with authentication mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
Ability to optimize performance and security for high-traffic applications.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading development teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations beyond OpenAI APIs.
Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
Prior experience working in an Agile development environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
