Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of game features and updates—from concept to live ops
Analyze KPIs (DAU, Retention, ROI) and make data-informed decisions
Work with game designers to create engaging mechanics, progression, and economies
Integrate effective monetization strategies (IAP, ads, events)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, dev, QA, data, and marketing

Job Requirements

5+ years of product management experience (in gaming or mobile apps)
Proven track record of working on mobile games or scalable tech products
Deep understanding of game KPIs, player behavior, and monetization models
Strong communication and documentation skills
Deep familiarity with Unity game engine, app analytics platforms, Jira, Sourcetree, and project tracking tools.
A strong passion for games and the player experience
