Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with at least three years of experience in creating high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in native Android development alongside proven expertise in Flutter. This role requires developing clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both Android and iOS platforms while contributing to innovative mobile solutions that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms. Maintain and enhance existing Android and Flutter applications to improve performance and usability. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code adhering to industry best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries smoothly into mobile applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and crashes. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and apply continuous improvements. Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to refining development workflows.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of professional experience in mobile application development. Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of widget trees and state management techniques such as Provider or Bloc. Solid experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin. Comprehensive knowledge of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and performance optimization strategies. Experience integrating APIs, Firebase services, and managing local databases like SQLite or Hive. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, as well as CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing/debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store is highly desirable. Knowledge of platform-specific adaptations in Flutter, including the use of Method Channels, is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms or backend service integration will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, in-person position located in DHA Phase 08, Ex-Parkview, Lahore, Pakistan.
