We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an e-commerce customer service representative. This position will be based in Focus Head Office at Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is smooth and positive. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer requests and issues across several e-commerce platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including email, phone, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Use platform tools to process orders, manage returns, and track feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully address consumer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Marketing) with the objective of resolving customer issues.
  • Assist in the development of customer service FAQs, policies, and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide better service.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Preferably graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills is highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service.
