This is a full-time, completely remote position with the ideal candidate being based in Pakistan or anywhere within access of the European time zone. A strong grasp of and ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall strategy for a global portfolio of financial services events
- Scheduling the Senior Conference Producer’s meetings throughout the year and coordinating prep calls before each event with key clients
- Managing a database of industry contacts, ensuring this is up-to-date
- Answering emails and assisting with calls to maintain relationships with our network
- Assisting with desk-based research and helping with content creation for each brand
- Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure event content is accurate on websites and conference collateral
- Dealing with ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
- English speaker (C1 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Prior knowledge of the financial services sector is beneficial but not required
