- Receiving inbound calls from US-based customers and selling them TV, Internet, Phone, Home Security, and Mobile services. (We are affiliated with about 15 US telecommunication providers for residential and business services.)
- Following up with existing clients to make sure they are happy with their services.
- Calling existing customers to upsell them.
- Making outbound calls to warm leads.
- Helping existing customers to get them better services and better prices.
- Creating opportunities on every call and try to sell them any of the products we sell.
- Following a research-based sales roadmap and following all the directions/policies.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Past experience of telecom sales is required.
- American or British accent.
- Must be good at retaining new product knowledge.
