We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy and performance for the Commercial Mall. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, and taxation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and manuals to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Leading the implementation of accounting software for the financial operations of the Mall.
- Calculating and assessing the reasonable CAM (common area maintenance) charges and resolving related queries of tenants.
- Ensuring timely billing and collection of rentals, CAM and other charges.
- Reviewing practices for efficient procurement whilst ensuring value for value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources and minimize risk.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, preparing performance dashboards and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Supporting and advising the senior management in drafting service and commercial contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and taxation laws.
- Preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IFRS and IAS.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Education & Requirements:
- CA, ACCA or ACMA qualification is required.
- Article ship from or exposure of working with the reputed Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Relevant experience of implementation of accounting software.
- Proven experience of working as the Finance Manager with end-to-end financial management.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting / financial management software and Microsoft suite specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Prior financial exposure of Mall operations.
