We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Appointment Setters!

This role is heavily commission-based, with the majority of your earnings tied to your performance. While the base pay range is $250–$300, the 60% commission structure means your monthly earnings could reach up to $1,000 or more, depending on your success.

*Please note, this is a remote position*

Responsibilities:

Conduct high volume of outbound calls to prospects, introducing a suite of services and effectively handling objections to ultimately book meetings.
Generate meetings and identify new business opportunities through high volume cold calling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for bringing in more meetings through cold calling.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and qualified booked meetings.
Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and outcomes.
Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and outreach techniques.
Assist in the creation and implementation of cold call scripts and outreach strategies.
Act as a liaison between the outreach team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or a related sales role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle objections and effectively convey product benefits.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
