We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs. 40,000 and Rs. 45,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering excellent customer service to visitors and clients, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming telephone calls and efficiently direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area at all times
- Handle emails, documentation, and provide basic administrative support as required
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate office operations
Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer usage
