Front of the House Staff (Lobby Server / Order Taker)

Famous O's Pizza is looking for energetic and friendly Front of the House Staff to join our team. This role is centered on delivering outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests, accurately taking orders, serving food, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately and efficiently take customer orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while providing excellent customer service
- Respond to menu inquiries and offer recommendations when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the dining area, condiment stations, and restrooms
- Clear and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests
- Assist with packaging takeout orders as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Intermediate experience, particularly in pizza or fast-casual restaurants
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Bilingual in Urdu and English preferred to enhance customer interaction
- Full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs32,000
- Work location is in person, with availability needed during opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
