Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Monitoring: Check the daily attendance of workers and staff.
- Stock Management: Prepare daily reports on incoming wood stock and ensure sufficient supply in the factory. Arrange wood supplies if there is a shortage.
- Emergency Handling: Manage emergency situations, including injury incidents, and coordinate necessary actions.
- Field Work: The job involves on-site fieldwork; candidates must be energetic and proactive.
- Security Oversight: Oversee factory security and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Discipline Maintenance: Enforce and maintain discipline among factory workers.
- Labor Colony Management: Experience in managing labor colonies, including facilities and canteen management.
- Safety and HSE Compliance: Handle safety and health (HSE) issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Office Audits & Payments: Experience with office audits and managing payments.
- Loading & Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of various materials, and handle transport-related issues efficiently.
