We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Weaving & Dyeing, this role could be a perfect fit. English fluency is must, and Chinese(Mandarin) will be prefered.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the value of the product to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team for successful project execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience: Ideally, you have a background in Sales.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to present confidently and convey value effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills: Proven ability to close deals and navigate client objections.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with Weaving & Dyeing.
- Independent and time-efficient: Capable of working autonomously and meeting deadlines.
