The Fuel Depot Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of fuel depot operations at the Reko Diq Mine Site in Balochistan. This role includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of fuel while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The supervisor will lead a team comprising depot personnel and mobile bowser operators, coordinate activities across various departments, and maintain precise fuel inventory records. The position demands practical experience with fuel storage systems, bowser operations, and depot facility management, along with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient and safe fuel logistics in a challenging field environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fuel depot operations, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and dispatch of fuel.
- Lead and manage depot staff and mobile bowser operators, including providing training and monitoring performance.
- Monitor fuel stock levels, analyze consumption trends, and maintain consistent fuel availability to meet operational needs.
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards related to fuel handling and storage.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure operational readiness of fuel infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordinate fuel logistics with Supply Chain, HSE, Transport, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate fuel inventory records using SAP or other fuel management software.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Provide technical input for infrastructure improvements such as bund walls, safety upgrades, and tank enhancements.
- Act as the primary site contact for all fuel-related operations and emergency response activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within depot and fuel delivery processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in fuel depot operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with fuel storage systems, mobile bowser operations, and depot facility management.
- Proficiency in fuel inventory and management software, preferably SAP.
- Strong knowledge of fuel handling regulations, HSE standards, and environmental compliance.
- Familiarity with maintenance of fuel infrastructure including fixed tanks, mobile bowsers, and dispensing equipment.
- Ability to monitor and interpret fuel stock levels, usage patterns, and consumption forecasts.
- Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in field-based, outdoor conditions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for liaising with internal teams and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Valid Light Vehicle (LV) license is preferred or required to oversee mobile fuel operations.
