The Admin at Funprime Technology plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. With a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and attention to detail, this position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks that facilitate daily activities and improve efficiency within the team. With experience spanning 2-3 years, the Admin will supervise a team of 70 personnel, guiding them to maintain high standards of office management while providing support to ensure effective communication across departments. The Admin should possess excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, allowing them to adapt to varied workplace challenges and manage their time effectively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen on fostering an organized and collaborative workplace culture.
Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, placing orders when stock is low, and ensuring that essential items are readily available for staff use.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities to ensure they remain in good working condition, coordinating repairs and routine servicing as necessary.
  • Supervise and support cleaning staff or other administrative teams to maintain a clean, functional, and pleasant working environment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and setup for meetings, including managing conference room bookings and preparing necessary materials and equipment.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and assist with administrative needs as they arise.
  • Implement and enhance office policies and procedures to boost efficiency and support the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Provide training and orientation for new staff members under the administrative team to equip them with necessary tools and knowledge for their respective roles.
  • Assist in processing invoices and maintaining budgets by managing expenditures related to administrative functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
