We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Executive (Female Only) to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and contribute to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/Clients with regular follow-up
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare quotations and presentations as required
- Ensure timely clearance of payments
- Collaborate with Team BF during project execution and coordinate with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales
- At least 12 months of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel software
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: (Between) PKR 40,000 to 50,000
- Commission: 1.5%
- Annual Salary Increase: 10% (depending on performance)
