Attention marketing mavens! We're seeking a dynamic and versatile marketer to lead the growth of our online sales and boost our brand presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll track and analyze advertising campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and ensure all marketing material aligns with our brand identity. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and a knack for turning creative ideas into winning advertising projects.

Your ultimate goal is to help us create a strong, consistent brand across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

In addition, we're looking for someone with a proven track record of designing, running, managing, and optimizing paid advertisements on social media platforms.

NOTE: Prior hands-on experience of running paid advertisements in the North-American region is a plus.

We require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition to strong written and oral skills, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Craft strategies and tactics to spread the word about our company and drive traffic.
Launch successful & out-of-the-box creative marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Explore a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, events, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Generate valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
Monitor and allocate the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Approve all marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to meet goals.
Study consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Oversee current social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop and implement a video strategy for social media, including Reels.
Monitor social listening and maintain the brand voice.
Create and manage an editorial calendar to align departments' strategies.
Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies.
Supervise customer-brand interactions on social media.
Set KPI's and report on content performance.
Connect with potential influencers and manage relationships.
Research hashtags on Instagram and Twitter.
Manage and grow social media accounts.
Handle community and conversations on social media with professionalism.

Requirements:

3+ years of Experience in social media management; confident in creating social media posts and managing business pages & profiles
Social Media certification would be a plus
Creative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social/digital.
Ability to create digital media including graphic designs, videos, and photos
Experience designing still and moving assets with Canva or other photo/video editing applications
Strong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling and devising strategies that engage, inform and drive the business.
Exceptional time management, budgeting and organizational skills
