Job Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 mock interviews with job seekers based on their field (e.g., HR, marketing, IT, customer service, etc.)
- Provide real-time feedback, tips, and confidence-building advice
- Submit short evaluation reports after each session
- Maintain a professional and supportive tone during sessions
- Optionally, invite more candidates to the platform to increase your own earning potential
Pay Structure
- You will be paid PKR 100 per interview
- Take 10–20 interviews daily, and you can earn PKR 1,000–2,000+ per day
- No limits on how much you earn — the more you engage, the more you make!
- Work remotely, from anywhere in the world
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Psychology preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and basic understanding of interviews is a must
- Should have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
