Content Writer / Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who’s not just a skilled content writer but also a strategic thinker in social media and paid media campaigns. If you're fluent in trends, copy and conversions, this one’s for you.

At Future View Innovation, we want storytellers who can craft content and understand how to get it in front of the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all major platforms
Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, ads and campaigns
Strategize and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, X)
Monitor performance metrics, optimise content & ad spend
Stay on top of trends, industry updates and competitor insights
Coordinate with designers and other creatives to bring campaigns to life
Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met

Social Media Management Skills:

Platform expertise (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok)
Content planning and scheduling (using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later)
Analytics and reporting engagement, reach, conversion rates)
Audience engagement (responding to comments/messages professionally)
Social media trends awareness

Requirements:

Experience (at least 4-5 years) managing social media for brands with proven results
Strong copywriting skills for both organic and paid content
Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc
Data-driven mindset with a flair for storytelling
Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Notion, Trello)
Knowledge of audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing & remarketing
